I’m Amy and I know exactly how you feel!

At the age of 19 I was diagnosed with a degenerative disk condition and told there was nothing the doctors could do. In constant pain, feeling alone and depressed, I turned to food for comfort. My unhealthy relationship with food could have been the start of a lifelong downwards spiral into poor health but with the prospect of spending my later years in a wheelchair, I knew I had to take things into my own hands.

I decided to learn everything I could, becoming a qualified nutritional therapist, personal trainer and in exercise referral among other things.

It wasn’t easy and it took three long years of study but I was a woman on a mission and by the time I was done I had lost three stone (without going on a fad diet), my hypothyroidism and anxiety are both well controlled and I haven’t had back pain in years.

Not only that, I now have a healthy relationship with food and have never returned to binge eating. To my friends and family it seemed like a miracle, to me it seemed the only possible result of all that study!

It was then that I realised I now had the tools to empower other women who want to take control of their weight and health.

Women who don’t have the money or time to spend years studying, who don’t even have the time to go to the gym, but who know the value of good health and are ready to take action.

The goal is to have a nutrition plan designed in line with your goals that will not completely be at odds with your life. I do not force people to eat grilled chicken and broccoli all day long.

Exercise

Weekly workouts, whether you’re a newbie or experienced, whether you’re doing at home workout or have time to the gym, we’ve got your back! If you are unfamiliar with exercises, you will also have video demonstrations available within the app. You will be able to follow and log your workouts on the app to hold you accountable.

    WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?

    After payment is made we will send you a questionnaire which will allow us to collect all the information we need. This will include your current exercise and nutritional habits, experiences, medical history, nutritional habits etc.

    Amy responds to all emails personally. Her response time varies however, Amy aims to reply within 24-48 hours. Although more often than not you will get a reply a lot sooner!

    WILL THE PLAN SUIT ME IF I'M PICKY ABOUT FOODS OR IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY / INTOLERENCE?

    Yes. There is a great variety of food and recipes available on the programme. It’s all about enjoying foods and the process, no restriction, elimination or strict guidelines. This is a lifestyle change NOT A DIET! If you are allergic or intolerant to any ingredients you can simply avoid or use an alternative ingredient.

    That’s hard to answer since I’ll help you find whatever plan works best for you. In general, though, no foods are restricted and you won’t need supplements or special shakes. It’s all about changing your relationship with food and learning strategies that will help you reach and maintain your ideal weight.

    DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

    No, a gym membership is not mandatory. We have gym or home workouts available. with or without equipment.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

    This depends on a multitude of things but most notably, your adherence to the plan. If you follow the plan and take our advice you will see results quicker than those who don’t. As mentioned, it can sometimes take a few weeks to learn how your body responds but after that, it comes down to how bad you want it!
