What happens after I apply?

After payment is made we will send you a questionnaire which will allow us to collect all the information we need. This will include your current exercise and nutritional habits, experiences, medical history, nutrition and exercise likes/dislikes etc.

How does email support work?

Amy responds to all emails ASAP. Her response time varies however, Amy aims to reply within 24 hours as a maximum. Although more often than not you will get a reply a lot sooner!

Will the plan suit me if I'm picky about foods?

Yes. There is a great variety of food and recipes available on the programme. It’s all about enjoying foods and the process, no restriction, elimination or strict guidelines. This is a lifestyle change NOT A DIET!

I have a party / wedding / holiday to go to, will I still be able to star now?

Absolutely you can start now! There are no restrictions on this programme, it’s all about making a lifestyle change. Let’s face it, we will always have some sort of event or holiday at some point in our lives. Don’t delay or keep making excuses, look after number one, you!

I have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, can I still sign up?

We have helped many clients who have either type 1 or 2 diabetes and although we cannot, of course, cure these conditions, we have seen many cases of improvements in the underlying effects.

In addition to other therapies/medications, maintaining a healthy diet is crucial for managing type 1 and 2 diabetes. A diabetes diet is designed to provide maximum nutrition while limiting the glycemic load of sugars and sodium.  It is important to always review how you are feeling and how your body has reacted to the dietary structure and this is what we are here for! However, because people with diabetes need to monitor their blood sugar levels or they could suffer adverse health effects and complications it is vital that these be carried out as often as required in your case by your doctor.

Before starting any nutrition and training plan, it is always advisable to see your GP. This is especially important for those with existing medical conditions, including any history of eating disorders.

I have a food allergy / intolerence, can I still sign up?

The programme is not restrictive in any way, whatever ingredients you are allergic or intolerant should not be included in your plan. If you find any ingredients that you are unable to eat, we can provide you with suitable alternatives.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, a gym membership is not mandatory. We have gym or home workouts available. with or without equipment.

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on a multitude of things but most notably, your adherence to the plan. If you follow the plan and take our advice you will see results quicker than those who don’t. As mentioned, it can sometimes take a few weeks for to learn how your body responds but after that, it comes down to how bad you want it!

What commitment is required from me?

Apart from the dedication and desire to put in the work, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. The first few weeks you’ll be learning the ropes, which gives us a good amount of time to see results after that. Beyond the 3 months, you can choose to continue on a monthly basis on our maintenance plan.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in York and London – United Kingdom (UK). However, we work with clients globally.

How does our relationship work?

We stay in contact and monitor you through our on-line platform, which can be accessed anywhere in the world from a device with an internet connection.

The body and mind programme GOLD and PLATINUM options come with support from Amy which is accessible through the platform. The PLATINUM option comes with direct calls with Amy Victoria, which can be done on a mobile, landline, whatsapp or skype – Amy will call you at a suitable time.

The programme is developed, reviewed and approved by Amy and a team of registered dietitians.

Is it all online?

Yes, the programme is all online and accessible through the website. The reason there is no face-to-face contact is that Amy wants to help people all around the globe, not just her local clients! However, you will always have direct contact with Amy via email and on the phone if the PLATINUM plan is purchased.

What currency do you accept as form of payment?

Since Amy Victoria Fit is registered and located in the UnitedKingdom (UK), all payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
