Whats Happens after I apply?

Step 1

After payment is made – well send you over a questionnaire which will allow us to collect all the info we need. This will include a food diary, background, daily activity level, nutrition and exercise likes/dislikes etc.

Step 2

We’ll follow up if we have any questions. If not, Amy will start with your plan and have it over to you within 7 days of receiving your questionnaire.

Step 3

Amy will send the plan to you via email. You can now start your plan!

Step 4

Each week we will have a catch-up and Amy will analyse your progress and make changes to your plan accordingly.

How does email support work?

I personally respond to all emails ASAP. My response time varies but expect a reply within 24 hours as a maximum. Although more often than not you will get a reply a lot sooner!

Will the nutrition plan be tailored to my personal requirments?

All nutrition plans and workout plans are personalised to the individual. Based on each individual’s statistics, daily activity levels, food preferences and goal. A complete macronutrient breakdown is also included with all personalised meal plans. So anything you dislike, cannot access, or simply want excluding, can be!

What does the nutrition plan consist of?

I will provide you with nutritional guidance to get you started and give you an idea of what and how you should be preparing your meals.

I will then provide you with the education and tools to be able to help you plan your meals. You will get as good, if not better, results as this way as you’ll be able to choose your likes and dislikes as well as being able to change foods as you go and not be confined to a set meal plan (which means you’re 99% more inclined to stay on track!)

Think of this as an educational journey rather than something that will only last short term. I want to educate you on how you can take this change and make turn it into a habit and ultimately a part of your lifestyle!

Will the plan suit me if I am picky about food?

Yes. There is a great variety of food and recipes in the plan. When you sign up you will be sent a questionnaire to fill in, that way I know what your likes and dislikes are and I will be able to supply you with the recipes you will love!

I have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, can I still sign up?

I have helped so many clients who have either type 1 or 2 diabetes and although we cannot, of course, cure these conditions, we have seen many cases of improvements in the underlying effects.

In addition to other therapies/medications, maintaining a healthy diet is crucial for managing type 1 and 2 diabetes. A diabetes diet is designed to provide maximum nutrition while limiting the glycemic load of sugars and sodium.  That is why we create CUSTOMISED plans! It is important to always review how you are feeling and how your body has reacted to the dietary structure and this is what I’m here for! However, because people with diabetes need to monitor their blood sugar levels or they could suffer adverse health effects and complications it is vital that these be carried out as often as required in your case by your doctor.

Before starting any nutrition and training plan, it is always advisable to see your GP. This is especially important for those with existing medical conditions, including any history of eating disorders.

I have a food alergy / intollerance, can I still sign up?

Your plan is customised to you – whatever ingredients you are allergic or intolerant to will not be included in your plan, Once you receive your plan, if you find any other ingredients that you are unable to eat, we can provide you with suitable alternatives.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, a gym membership is not mandatory, as I can create home workouts with whatever equipment you have available, if any! If you have a gym membership, then great, we can do that too! Even if you want to attend classes at your local gym, then, of course, I can incorporate them into your plan!

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on a multitude of things but most notably, your adherence to the plan. If you follow the plan and take our advice you will see results quicker than those who don’t. As mentioned, it can sometimes take a few weeks for to learn how your body responds but after that, it comes down to how bad you want it!

What commitment is required from me?

Apart from the dedication and desire to put in the work, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. The first few weeks you’ll be learning the ropes, which gives us a good amount of time to see results after that. Beyond the 3 months, you can choose to continue on a monthly basis or part ways.
