I studied to become a nutritionist after having my own battles with my health. No doctor could help me and I struggled for years until I took matters into my own hands and completely changed my lifestyle. I’ve always had a passion to help people, but after completing my studies in nutrition and qualifying as a personal trainer, I found my calling!
